Libido Bombs

Prep time: 10 minutes

Setting time: 20 minutes

Makes about 15-20 balls

Ingredients

  • 5 dates soaked and softened 

  • 1 tbsp manuka honey 

  • 1/2 cup coconut manna, melted

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 2 tbsp almond milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp collagen powder

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seed protein powder

  • 2 tbsp ground flax

  • 1 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1 tsp spirulina

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tsp maca

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt 

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

  • 1 tbsp cocoa nibs

  • 1 cup dried figs, finely chopped

  • 3 tbsp goji berries, finely chopped



Directions

  1. Combine the dated, manuka honey, coconut oil, coconut manna, almond milk, and vanilla extract in a high powered food processor, and blend until it forms a smooth paste 

  2. Add in the collagen powder, protein powder, ground flax, coconut flour, spirulina, cocoa powder, maca, cinnamon and sea salt until well combined 

  3. Pulse in the shredded coconut, cocoa nibs, chopped figs, and chopped goji berries until thoroughly mixed together

  4. Pop the mixture in the fridge for about 20 minutes to harden slightly, before rolling into about 15-20 evenly sized smooth and round balls

  5. Set in fridge for an hour or overnight and then top with a drizzle of melted chocolate and/or melted coconut manna, roll the balls in melted chocolate, or simple sprinkle with some extra chopped goji berries and shredded coconut

  6. Store in fridge or freezer
